We took on the challenge of revitalizing El Tesoro Tequila's social media presence by developing a comprehensive social playbook. The new strategy success was evident in the remarkable outcomes achieved: a staggering 65% increase in engagement within just one year, coupled with double-digit growth for the El Tesoro Tequila brand.

El Tesoro had struggled with inconsistency in its approach to social media, leading to prolonged periods of inactivity on Instagram and reliance on user-generated content (UGC) which posed legal issues and diluted brand consistency.

To address this, Black Thread conducted a thorough audit of the social landscape, analyzing successful strategies employed by luxury brands. We focused on best practices for both organic and paid content, aiming to elevate El Tesoro's luxury credentials while increasing brand awareness and significance among tequila drinkers.
